Job Description

The individual that is best fit for this position will have the following credentials and experiences:
- 2-3 years of experience using Quick Books
- 3-4 years of accounting experience in the areas of receivables and payables
- Skilled in the use of standard software applications to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintaining and updating accounting software programs
- Responsibilities to include but not limited to data entry, updating financial records, reconciling accounts, posting daily receivable collections, preparing bank deposits and daily check payments
- Administrative duties to include but not limited to collections, writing letters, maintaining the manual filing system, and scanning
- Strong, verbal, and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Has a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
