We have an immediate need for a Right of Way Agent southern Illinois.

We are working with our client to bring high speed internet to Union, Pulaski, and Alexander county Illinois.

Ideal candidate will be within a couple hours of the area and have a background in real estate.

In the area, but no acquisition experience? Are you a Real Estate Agent or do you have other real estate experience? Please apply!

Per diem provide while in the work area, max 5 days per diem.

Number of agents: 1

Start: Immediate

Duration: 6 -12 months

Equipment needed: Laptop, printer, cell phone

Software: Email, MSWord, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat

Must have excellent word processing/spreadsheet experience.

Illinois notary a plus!

Below is our general job description for a Right of Way Agent.

Handles right-of-way property acquisitions/dispositions, landowner notifications, construction monitoring, and payments for damages as they relate to communications, utilities projects, railroad jobs, or governmental acquisitions/dispositions.

REPORTS TO: Project Manager and/or Project Supervisor.
