TaskEasy by WorkWave is looking for a Regional Field Manager to provide real time, “boots-on-ground” support for our consumers, clients, and most importantly; contractors. Our Regional Field Managers are a valuable in-field extension of our Market Operations team. The Regional Market Manager will travel regularly to key markets alongside our rapidly growing contractor base in ways that drive engagement, performance, high levels of quality and loyalty.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • In this role you will represent WorkWave’s TaskEasy brand in-field; deepening local partnerships (both customers and contractors alike), exemplifying the value propositions that TaskEasy services provide.
  • You will add an additional layer of app support, including educational tutorials for both customer and contractor.
  • Drive performance alongside our contractor network via building and leveraging mutually beneficial partnerships , driving measurable engagement, conducting route completion analysis, and calibrating network profile settings.
  • Serve as “eyes and ears” on the ground; inspecting properties and analyzing quality control data in an effort to drive exemplary customer service.
  • Aide in network acquisition by actively engaging with high-caliber contractors in local markets, and supporting/reinforcing contractors’ use of TaskEasy technology.
  • Regularly meet with client representatives throughout your assigned region, providing market specific solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process and product improvements. Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • This role includes landscaping field work to ensure client satisfaction, such as emergency lawn mowing or weeding.
  • Travel may total 20-50% of your time throughout the year, including up to 2-4 overnights per trip.
  • Conduct opportunity analysis and prepare/present recommendations interdepartmentally with the account management team.
  • Proactively assess opportunities, and provide solutions focused on ensuring contractor success and increasing TaskEasy revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in a highly organized fashion including weekly past due variance (+/-) by customer/vendor, observed client insights, property level narratives for performance insight, coverage analysis/commentary, quality trending and action plans, market specific details, considerations, and awareness.
  • Meet response time SLAs via email, assigned cases, and exceptions.
  • Lead/prepare monthly market(s) or regional webinars with contractor base (insights, expectations, future considerations).
  • Basic understanding of financial terms to support pricing and volume negotiations with vendors and other stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Not just vendor management experience, but vendor relationship building experience - our contractors are considered partners in our business and we believe that securing long-term relationships with engaged, high-caliber contractors is crucial to our success.
  • Exceptionally adaptive - you can navigate the nuances of field conversations with contractors in the morning and present to enterprise clients in the afternoon.
  • Ability to use and train others how to use smartphone technology.
  • High energy and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team to reach individual and team goals.
  • Well-organized with an attention to detail.
  • Must be able to travel without much notice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven leadership abilities when coordinating with interdepartmental resources.
  • You eat, sleep and breathe data-driven decisions, especially with contractor performance and quality insights, where the metrics are as important to you as they are to vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong command of the virtual business environment - you’ll be regularly communicating with and presenting to TaskEasy team members virtually. But you’ll also be working with contractors and clients both virtually and in person.
  • Intermediate spreadsheets, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinker and collaborator, willing to assume extra responsibilities and assist directors and peers in daily problem-solving duties.
  • Located in North Carolina or South Carolina
