Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Business, plus four (4) years' experience in one of the following: Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Retail or Military work experience, or as a Loss Prevention Certified Professional, or experience in a position with multi-location supervisory demands; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The primary purpose of the Asset Protection Regional Leader is to protect company assets, personnel and customers, reduce shrink by managing and implementing company programs and strategies. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The Asset Protection Regional Leader is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

The Asset Protection Regional Leader is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Asset Protection Regional Leader directly supervises Asset Protection Agents and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities of the Asset Protection Regional Leader include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints.

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $68,250.00 and $102,400.00, Wages can vary based on experience and geography
