The Paid Search Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure clients' campaigns receive exceptional service and their campaigns are fully optimized for lead generation tactics. The Paid Search Marketing Specialist works directly with clients’ campaigns to oversee and their results. This role works to develop and implement paid search strategies that will present strategies and ideas while providing a positive experience for all clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Interacts with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.

2. Setup and manage PPC and SMO campaigns for clients

3. Perform SEM optimization and maintain paid search client accounts

4. Efficiently manage your work and accurately keep track of tasks through agency programs

5. Through third party tools, compile analytics in real-time for clients to maximize campaigns

6. Oversee paid marketing campaigns and onboarding of a new PPC clients

7. Evaluate client accounts for performance metrics and determine growth opportunities

8. Review data and details with the client and/or client’s organization

9. Provide monthly reporting and review with clients

10. Conduct regular calls and meetings with both internal teams and clients

11. Liaison between agency partners


A. Education and/or Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

· Advertising Agency Experience a must

· Must be Google AdWords certified with a minimum of 3 specialties

· Must be Google Analytics Certified

B. Skills

· Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment

· Ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the organization

· Willingness to learn and expand his or her knowledge in regard to SEO, SEM, PPC and SMO

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

· Capability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
