What you will do:

  • Plan, develop, install, configure and test our Vocera communications solutions.

  • Communicate with clinical leads to collect workflow requirements and develop a database to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate through business process workshops to design communication technology workflows.

  • Integrate our Vocera solutions with customer systems.

  • Train the customer’s technical staff, system administrator and help desk staff to effectively maintain our Vocera solutions.

  • Troubleshoot customer environments, resolve hidden issues and optimize Vocera solutions performance.

  • Coordinate activities with internal cross-functional teams.

  • Meet implementation timelines in a fast-paced environment.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preference for relevant technical degree. Will consider an additional 6 years’ work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Healthcare industry experience required.

  • 5+ years of related experience in customer-facing technical service or support, including experience with implementing/integrating software systems.

  • Exposure to middleware, VMWare, or virtual machines.

  • Must be available to work Pacific and/ or Mountain Standard Time.

  • Experience with relational databases, SQL scripts, or similar programs.

  • Ability to troubleshoot networking protocols and issues.

  • Capability to teach technical courses and present information.

  • Experience integrating nurse call and/or patient monitoring systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of IP based PBX systems, wire/wireless VoIP and SIP trunking preferred.

  • Ability to travel 10-20%

$71,600- $149,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
