Financial Administrator (Part -Time) We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our team in Drumheller, Alberta. This role plays an important role in supporting the Controller with various financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Key Activities and Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Controller, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence * Recording invoices, receipts, and other financial documents * Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and presentations * Input and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and accounting software * Verify and reconcile expenses with supporting documentation * Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents * Assist in special projects or assignments related to financial analysis and reporting Qualifications and Experience * Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role * Diploma, certificate, or degree in office administration would be an asset; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered * Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology is an asset Don’t meet every single requirement?
