Who you are: * You encompass Oak Valley Health’s core values and live the words of respect, trust, commitment, compassion and courage * You are a patient and/or client centered individual who performs at an exemplary standard * You are a team player with excellent communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills Primary responsibilities will include: * Provide accounting and clerical support to the day-to-day operations of the respective team in Finance including Patient Billing, Payroll, Accounting/Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Procurement * Assist with internal and external reporting or any other reporting that is assigned * Investigate, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies * Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements * Reconcile accounts in a timely manner * Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database * Assist in adhoc requests Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7.5 hours/day Please note schedules may change due to operational needs.
