Below you will find our product segments, with examples of some of the products we produce: · Transportation: windshield washer fluid, antifreeze, diesel exhaust fluid, car care products · Household: cleaning products, solvents, degreasers and other household solutions · Industrial: global scale for industrial purposes Senior Logistic Business Analyst The Senior Logistic Business Analyst will be a business partner to the NA Logistic team to provide insight and analytics. This will require curiosity, excellent analytical skills and strong collaboration with the operations and sales teams as well as finance/IT. You will be responsible to ensure accuracy of our delivery and inbound expenses in the financial statements, develop and maintain a set of dashboards and KPIs that are comprehensive and reflect complexity of our business, the strategy and the key business initiatives. You will support projects and monitor progress on productivity programs as we seek to improve efficiency and expand our activities. Key Responsabilités · In depth analysis to better understand: · Inbound costs: rail/trucking expenses compared to standard, demurrage, and inter-site transfers. · Delivery cost (In house vs. third party) · Active partner in understanding current processes, remapping if need it to answer to current business environment · Active role in deployment of new ERP · Implement a set of dashboards focused on tracking operational and financial performance indicators including but not limited to carrier pricing accuracy and compliance. · Month end closing procedures: work with AP/accounting team to review/improve our accrual methodology for freight costs and validate its accuracy. · Prepare the management reporting to the division team and support the financial reporting to the shareholders. · Report on progress on strategic and cost savings initiatives. · Variance analysis, build analytical trends to allow the business to better asses the progress. · Assist the pricing/sales teams to optimize freight recharge to customers. · Support write-up for capex projects. · Pilot the forecasting and budgeting processes for the logistics function, ensuring the main assumptions and strategic initiatives are captured. · Participate in the implementation and support of tools like TMS, bulk delivery software, and Procure-to-pay. · Work with our IT team to improve and expand our BI and reporting tools.
