Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial & Administration Manager to oversee the finance operations and administrative tasks of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Finance Tasks Overview & Summary: * Conduct daily checks on all bank accounts and record transactions. * Monitor online payment portals for fraudulent transactions. * Maintain transaction records and update financial documents regularly. * Schedule and process vendor invoice payments, manage accounts payable and receivable. * Record expenses accurately using. * Prepare P&L Statements, Cashflow Statement and Statement of Financial Position on a monthly base. * Reconcile inventory changes and validate COGS with warehouse manager and store managers. * Assist in updating Taxation Planning documents as needed. * Manage quarterly HST filings and payroll remittance. * Conduct annual Corporate Tax T2 Filings and financial assessments with accountants. * Compile annual investment reports and update Taxation Planning documents. * Generate ad-hoc financial reports for decision-making and audits. HR & Admin: * Manage payroll processing and Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll submissions. * Maintain detailed instructions for payroll and onboarding processes. * Act as a liaison with management offices on behalf of the organization. * Maintain records of office assets and master accounts. * Regularly check and manage office mail. * Maintain vendor account information and submit onboarding information as required. * Handle ad-hoc requests and temporary needs from company teams. * Ensure compliance with all HR and administrative policies and procedures. * Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. * Provide support and assistance to team members as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field preferred. * Previous experience in Finance Management, HR and administrative roles. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency in payroll processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
