Job Duties include the following: *Customer Service *Slicing of meats and cheeses *Making salads *Production of salads, sandwiches and other grab and go items *Preparing hot foods *Using broaster for Chicken and other fried foods *Rotisserie for Chicken *Prepare and package salads for the salad bar *Dishes and cleaning up *Taking Customer orders *Product knowledge *Being able to answer customers questions correctly *Knowing state food and safety code.
