TFG is an equal opportunity employer and believes in providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where all team members have an opportunity to succeed. * Job responsibilities* The role of the Corporate Finance Analyst is to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and driving strategic initiatives for TFG Financial Corporation. * Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders * Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis and reporting * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our business * Qualifications, knowledge and experience* * A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field * Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (i.e. Tableau) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise presentations * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting * What we offer* * Leaders who support your development * Opportunity to take on progressively greater accountabilities * Ability to make a difference and lasting impact * 4 days in office (Downtown Vancouver location) * Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Job Type: Full-time
