Job Title: IT Account Executive

Expected total compensation over $120,000 uncapped.

Anderson Technologies is a family-founded IT consulting and managed IT services provider for over 30 years in the St. Louis area and beyond. In addition, our division of Anderson Archival provides digital archiving services nationwide. (We are currently hiring salespeople for either division.)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to closing IT service contracts. This includes actively reaching out to prospects via the phone, email, LinkedIn, attending networking events, inviting prospects to company sponsored events, giving presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, and leading the entire sales process. A strong relationship with the technical team will be key to providing the best solutions.

· Identify and reach key decision makers.

· Actively prospect new clients including calling, emailing, utilizing referral partnerships, networking through business relationships and events and utilizing LinkedIn.

· Generate business and ensure monthly quotas are met.

· Build a referral network and meet with referral partners monthly.

· Build rapport between prospects and Anderson Technologies technical team and work with Solution Architects to determine and review best IT solutions with potential customers.

· Handle conflict and objections with a levelheaded approach.

Mandatory Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years IT service sales experience.

· Strong ethics and core value alignment.

· Extensive network in the St. Louis area with small business that have under 250 employees.

· Driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

· Self-motivated to leverage all methods of generating leads.

· Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers.

Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience).

5+ years of successful business to business sales experience
