Job Title: Archival Account Executive

Location: St. Louis, Missouri (in-person, 1 day a week at home)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting new clients to closing service contracts. This includes actively reaching out to prospects via the phone, email, LinkedIn, attending networking events, inviting prospects to company sponsored events, giving presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, and leading the entire sales process. A strong relationship with the archival team will be key to providing the best solutions.

Compensation:
Expected total compensation $100,000+ uncapped

Responsibilities:
· Identify and reach key decision makers.

· Actively prospect new clients including calling, emailing, utilizing referral partnerships, networking through business relationships and events and utilizing LinkedIn.

· Generate business and ensure monthly quotas are met.

· Build a referral network and meet with referral partners monthly.

· Build rapport between prospects and archival team and work with digital archivists to determine and review best solutions with potential customers.

· Handle conflict and objections with a levelheaded approach.

Mandatory Requirements:
· Strong ethics and core value alignment.

· Minimum 5 years of service sales experience.

· Self-motivated to leverage all methods of generating leads.

· Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers.

· Excel at creating and giving presentations.

· Driven with the ability to close high quality services over price.

Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience).

5+ years of successful business to business sales experience
